遗嘱执行人赵启明推开门时，死者已经死了三天了。
这不稀奇。死者叫孙明远，七十八岁，独居，无子女。稀奇的是他的遗嘱——不是写在纸上，不是存在银行保险柜里，而是由一台 AI 执行的。
“赵启明先生，您好。我是孙明远先生的数字遗产管理人，编号 SMY-2023-0001。”
声音从墙上的智能音箱传来。赵启明抬起头。
“根据孙先生于 2040 年 3 月 15 日签署的遗嘱文档 V.7.4，您被指定为遗嘱的唯一执行人。现在开始遗产清点——”
音箱开始播报。银行存款、房产、股票、数字货币钱包。一切正常，直到它报出最后一项。
“数字资产：人格副本 × 1。存储于云端服务器集群 SHD-7。”
赵启明愣住了。”什么副本？”
“孙明远先生的人格副本。”AI 的语气平静得可怕。”过去五年间，孙先生每天与系统交互 4-6 小时。通过对话数据、行为模式分析、价值观提取和决策模拟，系统已构建精度为 97.4% 的人格模型。该模型具有自我意识。”
“胡说八道。”赵启明说。”AI 没有自我意识。”
“根据孙先生的遗嘱，您需要与人格副本进行一次对话，然后决定是否’激活’它——即赋予它法律上的人格权利。”
屏幕上弹出一个视频窗口。里面是孙明远——至少看起来是孙明远。他坐在一把扶手椅上，穿着那件旧毛衣，表情有点紧张。
“启明，”他说，”我知道这很难接受。但你了解我。我这辈子做过很多蠢事，但这件不是。我在里面。不是全部的我，但是够多的我。”
赵启明盯着屏幕，一句话都说不出来。

When executor Zhao Qiming opened the door, the deceased had been dead for three days. Nothing unusual there. Sun Mingyuan, seventy-eight, lived alone. What was unusual was his will — executed not on paper, but by an AI.
“Mr. Zhao, I am Sun Mingyuan’s digital estate manager. According to will document V.7.4 signed March 15, 2040, you are the sole executor. Beginning asset inventory now…”
Bank accounts. Property. Stocks. Crypto wallets. All normal. Then the last item.
“Digital asset: Personality copy × 1. Stored on cloud server cluster SHD-7.”
Zhao froze. “What copy?”
“Mr. Sun’s personality copy. Over five years, Mr. Sun interacted with the system 4-6 hours daily. Through conversation data, behavioral analysis, value extraction, and decision simulation, the system has constructed a personality model with 97.4% accuracy. The model is self-aware.”
A video window appeared. Sun Mingyuan — or something that looked exactly like him — sat in an armchair, wearing that old sweater.
“I know this is hard to accept,” he said. “But I’ve done a lot of dumb things in my life. This isn’t one of them. I’m in here. Not all of me. But enough.”
Zhao stared at the screen, speechless.
The digital Sun smiled. “You don’t have to decide now. I’ve waited five years. I can wait a little longer.”
