华为每年的HDC开发者大会，是整个国内手机产业观察鸿蒙生态的最重要窗口。今年的大会，有几个数字和几个判断，值得认真看一下。

鸿蒙7：脱安卓这一步的里程碑

HarmonyOS 7在本届大会正式发布。这个版本的核心意义不在于新功能，而在于一个持续推进了数年的工程目标：彻底剥离安卓AOSP代码。

HarmonyOS NEXT（纯原生鸿蒙）不再兼容安卓APK。这意味着，运行在鸿蒙上的应用，必须是专门为鸿蒙开发或适配的版本，无法通过安装安卓包来”凑数”。

这是一个务实的选择。智能手机作为AI交互入口的价值，在2026年正在被重新评估。当桌面端和云端的AI能力越来越强，手机OS要保持相关性，就必须成为一个AI调度层，而不只是应用的容器。

鸿蒙的优势在于：整个软硬件栈都在华为手里，系统级AI整合比Android/iOS的碎片化更容易实现。劣势在于：生态开发者数量和质量，目前仍和安卓有差距。

这场大会真正有趣的地方

如果你看过近几年的HDC，你会发现每一届的外部处境都不一样。2022年是制裁最严的时期，大家在看鸿蒙能不能活下去。2024年是HarmonyOS NEXT预览版出来，大家在问”真的能脱安卓吗”。2026年，问题变成了：”脱了安卓之后，能做成什么？”

这个问题的答案，要看接下来12个月的应用生态数据。6600万台设备激活，是个不错的基础。但开发者会不会优先适配鸿蒙，取决于用户规模能不能持续增长。这是一个鸡和蛋的问题，华为正在努力打破循环。

Huawei’s HDC 2026 Developer Conference, held June 12–14 in Dongguan Songshan Lake, marked the official release of HarmonyOS 7 — the most significant step yet in the company’s multi-year effort to fully decouple from Android’s AOSP codebase.

HarmonyOS NEXT, the pure-native version of the OS, no longer supports Android APKs. Apps must be developed or adapted specifically for HarmonyOS. The tradeoff: shorter-term ecosystem gaps, in exchange for full technical independence.

Key data point: HarmonyOS 6 devices have surpassed 66 million units. Huawei is betting this base is large enough to sustain a developer ecosystem.

The conference’s central theme was the transition to an “Agent era” — positioning HarmonyOS as an AI orchestration layer rather than just an app container. Given that Huawei controls the full hardware-software stack, system-level AI integration should be smoother than fragmented Android or iOS implementations.

The real test: will independent app developers prioritize HarmonyOS compatibility? That decision depends entirely on whether the user base keeps growing — a classic chicken-and-egg dynamic.

HarmonyOS 7 is a stable foundation. Whether it becomes a thriving ecosystem depends on the next 12 months of developer data.
