定价的三个层次

第一层:监控。 竞品涨了、跌了、下线了、换图了——你知道,但不知道怎么反应。PriceSentinel的监控模块就是干这个的,实时对比,差额超过阈值就告警。

第二层:分析。 竞品降价的时候,你的利润结构允许你跟吗?PriceSentinel的利润分析模块会同时算三笔账:当前售价下的毛利、跟价后的毛利、以及需要多少件额外销量才能抵消毛利下滑。一个产品如果跟价后需要多卖130%才能打平毛利——你大概率不该跟。

But that’s just level one.

Here’s the real pricing problem: your product is priced at ¥99. Competitor drops to ¥79. Do you match? If yes — your margin drops from 50% to 32%. If no — you lose traffic. The answer isn’t “match” or “don’t match.” It’s knowing exactly what your margin floor is.

Three levels of pricing

Level 1: Monitoring. Competitor went up, down, offline, changed images — you know, but don’t know how to respond. PriceSentinel’s monitoring module handles this: real-time comparison, threshold-based alerts.

Level 2: Analysis. When a competitor drops price, can your profit structure absorb a match? PriceSentinel’s profit module calculates three numbers simultaneously: current margin, post-match margin, and how many extra units you’d need to sell just to break even. If matching requires a 130% sales increase to maintain profit — you probably shouldn’t match.

Level 3: Strategy. Not every product should fight a price war.
